I love it but horrible customer service

I spent about twenty dollars, initially for various .99 charts. I received a new phone and was unable to sync all my bought charts to my new phone. I called them questioning it and they said only the "unlimited" packages will follow you to a new phone. Frustrated, I bought the $30.00!! Unlimited option for my new phone so there would be no problem. Upon syncing my iTunes with my new phone nothing happened. And customer service is only by email and slow to respond. Love it but they leave you high and dry...
